Formula

System Size (kW) = (Monthly kWh Use ÷ 30) ÷ Peak Sun Hours. Installed Cost = System Size × 1,000 × Cost per Watt. Annual Savings = System Size × Peak Sun Hours × 365 × Electricity Rate.
